Some friends and I were on our way to a restaurant in Del Mar Plaza, but we stopped at Zel's instead because it looked so new and welcoming as we drove by. Turns out that we scored, because this place is a jewel that hasn't been discovered by the masses yet. --YELP REVIEW |
